For people who feel unsure where to start with social media and want clear, simple steps. You’ll learn how to choose the right platform, understand your audience, and use social media as a key part of a strong communications strategy. We’ll cover what to post, spark engagement, turn interest into conversions, paid vs organic content, understanding analytics, and more.
