Facility Description 
The Nackey S. Loeb School of Communications offers several classrooms and a large function room for your business or agency needs. Our spacious lobby is ideal for exhibits, registration tables, meeting and greeting. Our handicap-accessible facility is conveniently located off Interstates 93 and 293 in Manchester. With ample parking, it is ideal for out-of-the-office retreats, training sessions or as a central meeting place for employees from satellite offices or agencies. Three classrooms, a large function room and a private library/conference room offer space for several break-out sessions, including computer training, as well as a central gathering place. The entire facility offers wireless Internet connection. Function Room 
This 38 by 38-foot room features meeting space for 48 at round tables, 66 at rectangular tables. It seats 85, chairs only. A small stage provides the perfect platform for presenters or exhibits. A large screen, digital projector and sound system are available for Powerpoint or video presentations. A podium and easels are available. An adjacent kitchen provides ample counter space to prepare snacks, a microwave and a refrigerator to store refreshments. Computer Classroom

The computer classroom is complete with 15 student computer stations, a teacher computer station, networked printer, digital projector, large screen and white board.
Classroom 2
This 18 x 23-foot classroom has a digital projector, large screen and whiteboard. Seats 12 at rectangular tables. Seats 20, chairs only. Classroom 3
This 24 x 25 classroom has a digital projector, large screen and whiteboard. Seats 24 at rectangular tables. Seats 45, chairs only. Library/conference room
This comfortable room offers a private setting where conference planners can coordinate activities, catch up on e-mails and phone messages or for attendees to grab some downtime between sessions. Room Rental Rates Classrooms/Computer Classroom:
$ 75 - half day (up to 4 hours)
$ 125 - full day (4-8 hours)
$ 50 - computer use in computer lab

$ 100 - half day (up to 4 hours)
$ 200 - full day (4-8 hours)
*Staff support - $ 25 per hour (if rental necessitates staffing beyond scheduled hours)
Linens - $ 100 (if used)

Pre-event visit to review arrangements and complete Use of Facilities Agreement, 10 days before event.
